Bob DeMan

Senior Vice President

Mr. DeMan joined Asset Risk Management in April 2012 as a Senior Vice President. He brings ARM more than 23 years experience in the energy industry. Before joining ARM, Mr. DeMan served a Director for BNP Paribas for six years in the Commodity Indexed Transactions group where he managed a portfolio of more than 50 E&P clients on oil and natural gas derivatives. 

Previously, Mr. DeMan worked at Atmos Energy Marketing (formerly Woodward Marketing) as Director of Financial Trading and Risk Manager. His responsibilities included trading and managing storage, fixed price and basis books for the company’s 23 Bcf of storage and hundreds of municipal and industrial clients on more than 20 pipelines.

Mr. DeMan has held several positions in the energy futures sector and has worked on the futures desks for BNP Paribas and ED&F Man and on the floor of the NYMEX as a clerk and proprietary trader.

Mr. DeMan earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of business administration at East Carolina University where he also was a Lecturer of Finance.
